Alan Scott
 Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer
Mr Scott was appointed as MD and CEO on 20 May 2002. He is Chairman of Black Range Minerals Ltd and was previously MD and CEO of Aurora Gold Ltd. He spent 22 years with Rio Tinto Ltd, in senior level JV management, finance, acquisition, divestment and commercial negotiation roles. Mr Scott spent 13 years with Coopers & Lybrand in Australia, Canada and the UK, gaining extensive experience in the resources industry during that time.

Peter Moore
 General Manager Marketing
Mr Moore is the General Manager Marketing having previously spent 27 years with BHPB where he held various marketing and representational roles related to selling EMD, manganese ores and other manganese products.

Yatendra Sharma
 General Manager Technical
Dr Sharma is General Manager Technical and has a doctorate in electrochemical technology from the Technical University of Graz in Austria. Previously, he has worked for battery companies around the world in both technical development and marketing roles.

Greg Ledger
 Company Secretary
Mr Ledger is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in corporate accounting, auditing, secretarial and regulatory matters as they apply to the resources industry.
