 Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer
Mr Scott was appointed as MD and CEO on 20 May 2002. He is Chairman of Black Range Minerals Ltd and was previously MD and CEO of Aurora Gold Ltd. He spent 22 years with Rio Tinto Ltd, in senior level JV management, finance, acquisition, divestment and commercial negotiation roles. Mr Scott spent 13 years with Coopers & Lybrand in Australia, Canada and the UK, gaining extensive experience in the resources industry during that time.

Christopher Ward
 General Manager Technology
Dr Ward is a hydrometallurgist with considerable and wide ranging experience in the Minerals industry with the last 18 years spent in various operations management and senior R&D and laboratory leadership roles.

 Company Secretary
Mr Ledger is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in corporate accounting, auditing, secretarial and regulatory matters as they apply to the resources industry.
